David Koo
Mr. Koo worked at RoundTable Healthcare Partners from the firm's inception in 2001 until his retirement in 2022. He was a Senior Transaction Partner through 2018 leading the firm’s pharmaceutical related investments and was involved in all aspects of the investment process from strategy formation, fundraising, deal sourcing, transaction structuring, valuation, financing and execution. He served on numerous portfolio company boards and the firm’s management committee. Mr. Koo joined RoundTable as a Principal, and most recently was a Senior Advisor. Mr. Koo worked at Credit Suisse from 1994-2001 as an Analyst, Associate and Vice President in its Chicago office and Health Care Group. He started his career in audit at KPMG Peat Marwick. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1993. Mr. Koo has dedicated a significant portion of his time serving on non-profit boards.
