Joe started his career at Baird in Equity Research. After nearly 3 years at Baird, he joined Northwestern Mutual Capital as a Private Debt and Equity Analyst. He became a Senior Analyst before moving into his current role as an Associate. Joe is a CFA charterholder and will receive his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management later this year.
