The Notre Dame MBA Association would like to invite you to the first ever Reflections on Leadership Lecture with Karen Dunn Kelley as our guest. The purpose of this lecture is to bring a distinguished business leader to Mendoza to share their experiences navigating leadership challenges in today's complex and dynamic world.

Karen Dunn Kelley was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce.  In this public conversation, she will reflect on her 35 years of experience in the investment management business managing people, strategy, budgets, operations, public relations and thought leadership across the globe. The majority of her career was with Invesco, a U.S.-based investment firm that manages more than $800 billion in assets worldwide.  Ms. Kelley served as Senior Managing Director of Investments at Invesco, with responsibility for overseeing Invesco's Global Core Equity, Quantitative Strategies, Asset Allocation and Solutions teams.  She also served as CEO of Invesco fixed income and cash management teams, and played an integral role in managing Invesco's response to the global financial crisis.

The event will be in Jordan Auditorium from 5:30-6-30pm on Thursday, April 12. It is free, open to the public, and a reception will follow.
