Private Equity Industry Readiness (PEIR) Program

The Private Equity Industry Readiness program is a new opportunity for Notre Dame Seniors. Launched in the spring of 2024, PEIR aims to help prepare students for the next steps in their career paths. Students enrolled in PEIR will engage in asynchronous and synchronous learning opportunities covering everything from the basics of PE to advanced modeling case studies. Students who complete all aspects of the program will receive a Mendoza College x NDIGI digital badge and have the opportunity to add their resume to the PEIR resume book for potential employers.

The program will run from April 2nd until May 3rd, with four live/Zoom meetings, tentatively: 4/2, 4/10, 4/16, and 4/30. Students will have access to Wall Street Prep where they will complete 7.5 hours of asynchronous work. Students should expect to commit to approximately 12-15 hours of work over the five weeks.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for PEIR, students must be Seniors and will have taken or are enrolled in either Security Analysis, Private Equity, APEP, or AIM.
