Bio:
Bob Ryan retired from Elliott Management in 2015. At Elliott, Bob was a Portfolio Manager, focusing on distressed debt, restructurings and special situations.
Prior to joining Elliott in 2008, Bob was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, where he was the head of research for the distressed debt sales and trading desk. He previously worked at Salomon Smith Barney and Bank of Boston.
He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992, and received his MBA from Georgetown University in 1996.
