Bio:

Mr. Koo is a Senior Transaction Partner and has been at the firm since its inception. He is focused on the firm’s pharmaceutical related investments and is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, financing, and execution. Mr. Koo serves on the boards of directors of Revision Skincare/Goodier Cosmetics, Renaissance Pharmaceuticals, Santa Cruz Nutritionals and Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes. He previously served on the boards of directors of Aqua, Avalign, Bioniche Pharma, CorePharma, MedAssist, and Vesta. Additionally, he was very involved throughout the Sabex investment as well as the investments in Vanguard and Argon. Mr. Koo joined RoundTable as a Principal.
