Get In ORBIT: Behind the Curtain of Small Business & Private Equity
Since last year’s visit to campus, Brent Beshore (CEO of adventur.es) hired recent ND graduates Greg Trinkl and Steve Nash to work on the investment team and raised a $50 million permanent equity fund. Now, Beshore is coming back to campus looking to connect with students interested in working for adventur.es or one of its portfolio companies.
Beshore is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where he studied politics with an emphasis in poverty studies before attending the JD/MBA program at the University of Missouri. In 2007, Beshore founded adventur.es, pioneering a new path in private equity focused on acquiring smaller companies with no intention of selling the investments.
