During its first year, the Notre Dame Institute for Global Investing (NDIGI) launched the Investment Management Leaders Program (IMLP) for sophomores finance majors who are passionate about pursuing investment management careers. The cohort of 47 students was chosen among 128 applicants, each serving as a leader both inside and outside the Notre Dame community.
The program serves as an academic and experiential learning program that provides students the technical, ethical, and leadership skills necessary to succeed in investment management. In addition to attending networking events and workshops, each student also is paired with a mentor to gain valuable insight into the industry.
